As a branding agency we get a lot of questions about marketing, what we do, what we are specialized in, how we price our services, how we work, etc. In order to make clear how we rock and roll, we give answer to the 14 questions we got asked the most. Let’s go!

1. Do you offer ongoing marketing contracts or relationships?

Most branding agencies offer short-term relationships or contracts. As a branding agency that build and grow tomorrow’s brands, we can also provide long-term relationships. For branding sessions and rebrandings we can offer temporary contracts. But if you intend to grow your brand with digital marketing or content creation, we can also offer you month-to-month contracts. With these contracts, we can really build relationships that last. But when you feel that your brand is absolute and you do not want to grow further, you can always end the contract.

2. What kind of marketing efforts do you specialize in?

4. What is video marketing and why do I need it?

Video marketing is the use of videos to promote a product, service, or brand. It captivates viewers, boosts engagement, and increases brand awareness. Videos can showcase products, tell stories, and provide demonstrations, leading to higher conversions and sales. They improve SEO, social media engagement, and audience understanding. 5. How do you measure the results of your marketing efforts?

When we move into the digital space, marketing efforts and campaigns can be measured and monitored easily. Most programmes and platforms that are used for marketing campaigns already have dashboarding functionalities. Think about Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, Hubspot and all other tools you can think about.

Altogether, multiple tools can be used to gather all data and information. For example, Google’s tool Looker Studio can be used to measure all data from multiple platforms and programmes.

6. Who is responsible for creating the content your agency provides?

We are a branding agency that takes full responsibility for all marketing execution. From branding to digital marketing and content creation. We have great content creators in-house. This way we can create fast with high quality and always in line with your branding.

7. How much involvement is required from the business?

Some companies want to be involved in every step of the marketing process. Others want us to handle it all for them. And just let them know when it’s done. We believe in co-creation, especially at the start. Finally, at the end of the day, you are the one who knows your business the best. 

Most of the time, we’ll start with one or two brainstorms. We’ll dig deep into your roots and your beloved customers. And we change what doesn’t work. From here, we handle it all for you. As a branding agency, we’ll develop brand new ideas, execute your campaigns and generate demand on your socials. After that we can be used as partners that periodically will review or analyze your brand and campaigns

8. Does my business really need digital marketing?

10. What is your pricing model or how do you charge for services?

We do not charge our hours, we charge for the value we bring. In branding projects we ask for a fixed fee. This fixed fee is customized, because all branding projects are different in size. Most branding projects are within a price range from €5.000,- up to €30.000,- (ex. website).

Most projects in digital marketing and content creation are charged monthly. We offer advertising, search engine optimization, social media, copywriting and PR on a month-to-month basis. Most of these projects are within a price range from €500,- up to €3.000 per month (ex. advertising budget).

11. Does your agency use AI for content creation?

As an agency, we do not feel a threat from AI. And we certainly do not use it to standardize the deliverables from our projects. We believe in value creation that’s pure and as real as your brand is. That’s why we still use a lot of manual movements throughout our creations for branding, digital marketing and content. However, if AI can be used to optimize our process or to make the end result better, we will surely embrace it as a helpful tool.

12. How can your agency help me grow my business and make more profit?
